Our founder, lovingly called Grandma Sal, has been an organic foodie for over three decades, championing a health-conscious lifestyle as an international sales manager for several leading organic brands. Amid the ever increasing threats of global epidemics like obesity and diabetes, her customers consistently asked for quality, sugar-free products. To meet our quality standards it had to be organic and have a clean, simple label with real ingredients. With no healthy evolution coming from “big sugar,” she decided to do it herself!
