Chicken Leg Coating Instructions:
- Season Panko Style Crumbs with your favorite flavor.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towel.
- For best results, flatten chicken using a mallet, dip in egg or brush with vegan mayonnaise, then coat with Panko Crumbs.
- Preheat 4 tbsp oil in frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook 4 – 7 min per side until golden brown and cooked thoroughly.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Bake chicken breast for 30-40 min; bone-in pieces 35-45 min; chicken fingers 15 – 20 min.
- Flip half way through baking for crispier coating.
Preparation tip: Ensure 165°F internal temperature has been reached before serving.
