PREPARATION:

Chicken Leg Coating Instructions:

  • Season Panko Style Crumbs with your favorite flavor.     
  • Pat chicken dry with paper towel.  
  • For best results, flatten chicken using a mallet, dip in egg or brush with vegan mayonnaise, then coat with Panko Crumbs.      

Pan-Fry Instructions:

  • Preheat 4 tbsp oil in frying pan over medium heat.
  • Cook 4 – 7 min per side until golden brown and cooked thoroughly.  

Baking Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Bake chicken breast for 30-40 min; bone-in pieces 35-45 min; chicken fingers 15 – 20 min.
  • Flip half way through baking for crispier coating.  

Preparation tip:  Ensure 165°F internal temperature has been reached before serving.
