Mexican Holy Pozole
A unique twist on a traditional Mexican soup. One of our heartiest soups that is loaded with hominy, black beans, corn, and chicken. Close your eyes and listen for the waves.... you'll feel like you've gone to Puerto Vallarta!
Ingredients: Original Bare Bones Broth*, diced tomato, hominy, chicken, corn, black beans, garlic, lime juice, sea salt, cumin, coriander, dried oregano, paprika, chipotle powder.
Bare Bones broth ingredients: Filtered water, grass-fed beef broth, free-run chicken bones,onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, garlic, Mediterranean sea salt, italian flat leaf parsley, black peppercorns, thyme, dried oregano, bay leaves
