Ingredients: Whole oat flour, baking soda, sugar, salt
Preparation Instructions: Mix 1 1/2 cups buttermilk and 1 egg with 1 1/2 cups Only Oats™ Whole Oat Pancake Mix. Cook in a lightly oiled non-stick pan on medium heat until pancake is brown on both sides. Top with maple syrup or fresh fruit.
