Mumm's Organic Sprouting Seeds - Green Kale
This current variety of Kale is a lighter green canopy and grows taller than the variety of Kale you may be used to. Rest assured, it's still as delicious and has the same nutritonal value.
Kale is an easy 5-day sprout that grows well in a jar or sprouting tray. Kale sprouts contain high levels of the cellular detoxifier sulforphane, which may help to prevent unwanted cell proliferation and rejuvenate the immune system.
