A hearty, nourishing, and flavourful soup inspired by a traditional family recipe from Iron Head Bison ranch. This soup is packed full with bison meatballs, potatoes, and carrots in a thick slow-simmered bison broth. Absolutely perfect comfort food for our prairie winters!
Ingredients: Bone Broth (filtered water, grass-fed bison bones, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, sea salt, italian parsley, thyme, black peppercorns, olive oil), potato, bison meatballs (bison, water, gluten-free oats, salt, pepper), carrot, coconut cream (coconut milk, guar gum), onion, sea salt, cornstarch, onion powder, garlic powder.
