When you submit your very first order of Supplements, you are agreeing to the one time set-up fee of $10 to include you on our customer database as a Supplement Preferred Customer. This is a Lifetime Membership fee that any family member at your address can use as well and will qualify you for the Everyday Low Pricing on Supplements and for any other special promotions on Supplements as well. For those who have already purchased a membership at our retail location, we will always check our database when you order online to see if you have been a Member at any time over the last twenty-three years.
